I used Fresh Step for a dryer vent cleaning to clean a clog due to lack of maintenance on my part. I called and got an appointment quickly. They honored their online special, showed up early to the appointment, and cleared the clog. I will be using them again for yearly maintenance.

Just had Fresh Step clean out my dryer vent again today. Appt was between 1:30 and 3:30 and they arrived at 1:30!
